Product Description
The TF variant of the R500 sensor is optimized for operating in highly corrosive environments. The carbon-fiber reinforced PTFE takes the chemical stability of PTFE without compromising the mechanical robustness. This makes it suitable for the toughest chemicals, such as hydrochloric, sulfuric or hydrofluoric acid.
The R500 is ATEX and FM certified and available with long and short sensor heads. This allows for maximum flexibility in process integration, either by DIN or ANSI standard. For larger pipes and tanks the sensor can be directly mounted in a T-flange. In 3 inches and smaller pipes, various flow cells in PFA or PVDF are available offering connection via welding, screw connection or standard flange down to 3/8 inches.
