The Flexim PIOX R500 MH is a hygienically designed refractometer sensor for the food and beverage industry: with chemical grade 316L (1.4404) stainless steel housing, rounded corners and tailored gaskets ensuring zero dead space. Using patented transmitted light technology, the R500 offers real-time inline concentration measurement, which is the key to continuous quality control and efficient production. Whether the degree of Brix needs to be monitored during soft and fruit drink production or concentration levels of ascorbic acid during vitamin C manufacturing must be supervised, the PIOX R500 MH provides the desired values with an accuracy of 0.1%.
